Dear Friends, Thank you for visiting my campaign website! It has been a tremendous honor representing the citizens of Northern California in the United States Congress since 1987. The common sense thinking and traditional values we are known for in Northern California are too rare in Washington, D.C. But each and every day decisions are made there that impact our daily lives. As your elected representative, my pledge is -- and always will be -- to be honest, decent and hard working, and to be a strong voice in our nation's capital for the issues that are so important to the citizens of Northern California. With your support, I will continue to work for a stronger, more secure America; a reduced tax and regulatory burden on families and small businesses; fiscal responsibility; common sense environmental laws; traditional values; and Second Amendment and private property rights.
